De Glazenwasser van Amsterdam is a trading name of Telewash Company Amsterdam. We are responsible for the processing of personal data through this website and our services.
Which data do we process?
When you book online, request a quotation, call, use WhatsApp or email, we process the data needed to respond and carry out the appointment. This can include your name, contact details, address, information about the windows or property, appointment data and invoicing data. Limited technical data, such as IP address and browser information, may also be processed for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
Why do we use it?
We use data to handle a question or booking, perform an agreement, invoice, provide service and keep the website secure. Only with your consent do we use Google Analytics 4 to understand, at group level, which pages visitors find useful.
How long do we keep it?
We do not keep data longer than necessary. We retain administration and invoices for seven years where tax law requires it. An enquiry or quotation without follow-up is removed when it is no longer needed. Appointment data is retained as long as needed for service, invoicing and legal obligations.
Who do we share it with?
We use DienstenCRM for the online booking form and technical hosting providers for the website. These parties may process data only to provide their service to us. Google Analytics is used only when you choose it. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and statistics
We store your cookie choice locally in your browser. Analytics-cookie storage is enabled only after consent. Without consent, we use at most limited cookieless statistics through Google Consent Mode.
