How we work
We clean windows to the height safely reachable with our telescopic system. If a window cannot be reached safely or reasonably, we explain that and charge nothing for work that was not carried out. In frost or severe wind, we reschedule the appointment.
If you are not satisfied, tell us within a reasonable period. We return to check the work without extra cost. Existing damage, scratches or permanent deposits in the glass are outside ordinary window cleaning.
Payment
You pay afterwards by iDEAL or invoice. We do not use direct debit or advance payment.
Personal data
We process your details to carry out and invoice your appointment. The booking form is supplied by an external provider. For questions about your data, email info@deglazenwasser.amsterdam.
