What a lift costs — and why it often is not needed
Commercial properties often have plenty of glass but limited room to work. A lift can mean a delivery, a permit, a cordon and a cost that is out of proportion to the cleaning itself.
Our telescopic system lets us reach many façades from the ground with purified water. We first check the building, the access and the safe working height, then quote the work clearly.
The result can be a one-off clean or a recurring maintenance schedule. You decide the frequency, and there is no contract that makes the arrangement difficult to change.

What does it cost?
Commercial properties are quoted on height, glass area, access and frequency. Height itself does not create a separate surcharge.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer commercial properties?
Yes. We arrange commercial properties across Amsterdam. The scope, access and frequency are agreed before the work starts.
Can I book a one-off visit?
Yes. There is no contract or minimum number of visits. A recurring schedule is optional.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not when the outside glass is safely reachable. For inside work, we agree a time when someone can let us in.
When do I pay?
After the work is complete, by iDEAL or invoice. You do not pay in advance.
