For an HOA, window cleaning is rarely just about the glass. It is about making sure the stairwell, entrance, gallery and shared façades do not become another unresolved item on the board agenda.
We agree the scope and frequency, then plan the work. Residents who want their own windows cleaned can book separately; that stays outside the association invoice.
There is no long-term contract or cancellation period. One invoice goes to the association after each visit, so the treasurer does not have to split costs between residents.

What does it cost?
HOA projects are quoted separately because buildings differ too much for a home price table. You receive one clear amount per visit and one invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer homeowners associations?
Yes. We arrange homeowners associations across Amsterdam. The scope, access and frequency are agreed before the work starts.
Can I book a one-off visit?
Yes. There is no contract or minimum number of visits. A recurring schedule is optional.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not when the outside glass is safely reachable. For inside work, we agree a time when someone can let us in.
When do I pay?
After the work is complete, by iDEAL or invoice. You do not pay in advance.
